Primary Changes
Updated Part II, Chapter 3: Legal Compliance, Section 305: Survey to:
- require compliance with the 2026 ALTA Survey Standards, which became effective on February 23, 2026; and
- include a new Item 20 in Table A requiring a table of encroachments.
