HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for all Mortgage Loans as of March 23, 2026, added Property Inspection Protocol procedures for a Property with:

 

  • a most recent Property Condition Rating of 3; or
  • consecutive Property Condition Ratings of 3 or worse.

 

Primary Changes

Updated Part V, Chapter 5: Surveillance, Section 502.03: Property Inspection Protocol requiring: 

  • an annual inspection for a Property with a most recent Property Condition Rating of 3; and
  • the use of in-house inspectors for a Property with consecutive Property Condition Ratings or 3 or worse.
