HIGHLIGHTS

Effective for Credit Enhancement Mortgage Loans as of June 17, 2026, the Credit Enhancement Activity Report (Form 4090) may be submitted electronically in the Credit Enhancement Servicing and Investor Reporting System (CESIR) using a new API-enabled submission feature. 

 

Primary Changes

To improve processing efficiency and data accuracy, you may use the CESIR secure API to: 

  • submit Form 4090 electronically;
  • receive immediate data validation;
  • monitor processing status; and
  • resubmit data corrections during the reporting window.
