Third Parties
Requirements
Any third-party inspector must:
- have no financial interest in the inspected Property PropertyMultifamily residential real estate securing the Mortgage Loan, including the fee simple or Leasehold interest, Improvements, and personal property (per the Uniform Commercial Code). ;
