Requirements

For all Credit Enhancement Mortgage Loans Credit Enhancement Mortgage LoansMortgage Loan financed by a Bond issuance where Fannie Mae provides credit enhancement by a Credit Enhancement Instrument, or an MBS for Bonds. , you must:
